TU Delft Study Visit Supports Development of CiRCLETECH Hub and Future Research Excellence

A University of Miskolc delegation visited TU Delft to learn about the university’s best practices in technology and knowledge transfer, research commercialization, support for entrepreneurial initiatives, research funding, R&D project management, innovation services, and university-industry collaboration.

Student Perspectives Highlighted During HAC’s Visit to the University of Miskolc

The Hungarian Accreditation Committee (HAC) visited the University of Miskolc between 4 and 6 November 2025. The purpose of the visit was to gain a comprehensive understanding of the university’s operation, the quality of its educational activities, and the strategic directions of its teaching and research development.

RElight ME – E-waste in a New Light

The University of Miskolc, through its Institute for Raw Material Preparation and Environmental Processing, organized an interactive exhibition and educational programme under the title “RElight ME – E-waste in a New Light”, held on 24–25 November as part of the European Waste Reduction Week.

CiRCLETECH at EU Raw Materials Week 2025

CiRCLETECH was represented at the EU Raw Materials Week 2025 in Brussels, the European Commission’s flagship forum on raw materials policy, innovation, and sustainability. A project poster was showcased throughout the event’s main breaks, providing continuous visibility and facilitating discussions with stakeholders from academia, industry, and international organisations.

The University of Miskolc Signs Another Strategic Partnership

The growing list of companies and institutions collaborating with the University of Miskolc continues to expand. On Monday, the university signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Unicranes and Logistics Ltd., a key player in the logistics sector.

CiRCLETECH Researchers Among Regional Awardees of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences

Two of our young researchers, Dr. Zsófia Forgács and Adrienn Takácsné Papp (University of Miskolc), have received scientific awards from the Regional Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Miskolc (MTA MAB) during the Academy’s 200th anniversary celebration.
