CiRCLETECH Researchers Among Regional Awardees of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences

Two of our young researchers, Dr. Zsófia Forgács and Adrienn Takácsné Papp (University of Miskolc), have received scientific awards from the Regional Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Miskolc (MTA MAB) during the Academy’s 200th anniversary celebration.

News 3rd CiRCLETECH Summer School Advances Multidisciplinary Solutions for the Circular Economy and Energy Transition

The third edition of the CiRCLETECH Summer University focused on cutting-edge developments and multidisciplinary solutions in the fields of circular economy, clean energy systems, and sustainable industrial practices. Held at the University of Miskolc, the program brought together over 20 participants from various European higher education institutions to the University Campus between 26-30 May.

This year, the University of Miskolc is hosting the 3rd CiRCLETECH Summer School from 26-30 May 2025, focused on multidisciplinarity around circularity, with a special emphasis on energy topics.

Collaborative research gap identification workshop in Lillafüred

We closed the year 2024 with a successful Collaborative Research Gap Identification Workshop on 17-18 December in Lillafüred (Miskolc), where researchers from the University of Miskolc, TU Delft and LUT University addressed the challenges and possible solutions for a sustainable circular economy and established new, promising fruitful collaborations.
