The Magyar Mérnökakadémia (Hungarian Academy of Engineers) has awarded the prestigious Michelberger Mesterdíj to two researchers from University of Miskolc in 2025. One of them is Prof. Dr. Gabriella Vadászné Bognár, one of our CiRCLETECH research group leaders.
The Michelberger Award recognizes outstanding achievements in engineering and natural sciences by young researchers and their mentors, highlighting the importance of the mentor–mentee relationship in fostering innovation.
This year, the honour was bestowed upon Dr. habil. Hriczó Krisztián, Director of Institute and Associate Professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Informatics, Mathematics Institute, together with his mentor, Prof. Dr. Gabriella Vadászné Bognár, University Professor at the Institute of Machine and Product Design.
